The precision production of the C.M.S. (Special Mechanical Constructions) goes from the manufacturing of mechanical parts, single or in small ranges, up to the fabrication of complete, assembling-inclusive units. From the copying on commission of parts of dies to the realisation of complete dies. Aeronautic manufacturing and the productions of prototypes are carried out with CNC machinery in our Turin site.
You can see a section of products fabricated in our precision workshop.

A specific section has been reserved for energy products.
The C.M.S. has all the necessary machines to carry out every kind of precision manufacturing inside the workshop (turning, milling, tangential feed grinding, internal external grinding, electroerosion with quality controls and frequent checks).
The vertical machining centre Sigma Flexi 7p CNC 5 axis with Selca 4060 DDH, the vertical machining centre Mission 5 CNC with Selca 3045 Plus and the universal milling machine OMV BPF3 CNC with Heidenhain 355 are valid examples. Cerutimatic, Sachman, Rambaudi Rammill.Moreover we have CDM Rovella C43N Zenit Plus with Heidenhain 416 4 axis. CMT Ursus, Fumagalli, Tacchella machinery.
